Our team and suppliers are efficient and can execute large, luxurious weddings in as little as a week, though that may be on the shorter side. However, clients from European countries often have guests who need to arrange their vacations a year in advance, so we recommend starting the planning process a year ahead for those clients.

Rather than offering standard packages with fixed prices that may not suit your needs, we focus on understanding your requirements. We will charge you solely for what you need, presenting an itemized quotation that allows you complete control over your budget by enabling you to add, remove, or swap items and services as you see fit.

We are delighted to assist you in coordinating vendors related to entertainment, photography, videography, and similar services. However, we will conduct a quality check and provide you with our feedback. Should we learn that certain suppliers have not met professional standards in previous weddings, we reserve the right to decline their services. Due to specific power and rigging needs, clients can't provide lighting. Our team ensures the lighting perfectly complements your special day and meets our luxurious standards.

We prioritize transparency and collaboration with our couples. Before any payment is made, we offer a complimentary budget calculation, which can be provided after an in-person meeting or through a via email or WhatsApp. To begin the planning process, we only require the planner's fee designing and organizing the wedding day. If there are no specific decor items needed from abroad, we will request 50% of the payment two months before the wedding. Once the final guest count is confirmed and the balance is adjusted, the remaining payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding day.

At Jam Wedding Planner, we ensure your wedding is luxurious and unique. After receiving the planner fee, we create a mood board reflecting your wishes. We discuss and refine it with you, then produce a customized 3D design for visualization. For weddings with production services, we provide a detailed layout and 3D design. Our aim is to transform your dreams into a luxurious reality with precision and elegance.
